How much does bulk SMS cost?

In Uganda each SMS costs UGX 50. You can top up any amount you want, or pick a package when creating a campaign. Other countries are priced in their local currency.

Can I try it for free?

Yes. Every new account can claim a free UGX 500 demo credit once. Your demo message is sent to your own phone first, then to targets, and you receive a full report.

Do I need my own contact list?

No. You can upload your own list, let MessageTargets find businesses that match your audience (for example hotels in Kampala), or combine both.

How do I pay?

Payments are made securely through Pesapal using mobile money or card. If your balance already covers a campaign, it launches straight away.

How many times will each person get my message?

You choose: 1, 5, 10, 20 or 30 messages per person, spread evenly across the campaign's month.

Will I see who received my SMS?

Yes. Your campaign report lists every target that received the message, with name, number, location and progress, and updates automatically. You also get SMS progress updates.
